About Me
Hi, I’m Demetia, a dedicated mental health therapist and transformational coach focused on emotional healing. My mission is to help individuals heal their relationship with themselves and reconnect with their higher purpose through my personal coaching services.
Currently, I work within the prison system, supporting individuals as they navigate some of the most challenging emotional and spiritual terrain. My background in substance addiction recovery and community-based mental health has equipped me with a deep understanding of how pain, survival, and transformation often walk hand in hand.
Through AEGS Project Redirection, I combine therapeutic insight, real-world experience, and spiritual wisdom to assist people in shifting from self-judgment to self-acceptance. This process enables them to live with clarity, confidence, and a connection to who they’re truly meant to be.
